Pay Type: Starting at $9-$15/hr, commensurate with availability and experience. Shift pay differential for

● This position requires working outside in various elements
● Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to
● standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
● Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
● Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

● Preparing chicken to be fried in store, and operating other line cook stations as needed, as well as
learning other positions in the restaurant for a full understanding of every aspect of the business
● Following the recipe exactly to prepare the chicken according to corporate standards
● Checking for product quality and consistency
● Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
● Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
● Follow sanitation and safety procedures
● Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
